SÃO PAULO, BRAZIL // Seasoned brand and business strategist, Laura Chiavone served the industry for the past two decades in identifying key cultural changes and shaping business strategies for brands. International executive of creative, digital agencies, and business transformation consultancies for the past 20 years, worked across Latam and North America contributing with multiple categories and advertisers.
Since early 2021, Laura manages the vibrant Brazilian agency business at Meta, and before that spent 8 years at Omnicom between USA and Brazil. Awarded firstly as Strategy Young Lion of the year in 2004, received honors as Planner of the Year in Brazil twice, was nominated Woman to Watch 2018, collaborated with her teams in 15 Cannes Lions awarded projects, and won multiple awards between the Effies and Jay Chiat. Laura had being serving as jury member in many awards, recently Cannes Lions, AICP Awards, Fiap, Effies Brazil and Global Best of the Best, and Gerety Awards 2019.
Sociologist graduated by Sao Paulo University, MBA by Berlin School of Creative Leadership - Steinbeis University in Germany, Laura is faculty member of Miami Ad School for the past 17 years, and collaborates with non-profit DEI programs in Europe, USA and Brazil.
